Pregnancy, Baby’s Position and Safe Birth with the Law of Attraction

Our last scan about two months ago revealed the twins positioned beautifully for the lovely birth I have told them about.

I have been explaining to the babies that certain positions are ‘easier and safer’ for birth than others and inviting them to enter into the world with their heads and faces down.

So when I saw that the first baby was low down and in that very position and the second set to follow my first reaction was ‘great…we are on track’.

However, on reflection, I did not like the idea of my babies feeling they have to stay in this position for several months just because I have a belief that this is the safest option.

I am aware from my studies also that the ‘first born’ (or child who represents the first born) often takes on responsibility for others, does what is expected and behaves the ‘good’ child. And being the first born of first borns, I do not want either of my babies to fall into this pattern.

I want my babies to feel free to enjoy fully babyhood and childhood.

So I started telling them both that here and now is the most precious moment…that this time will never again return for them and that I want them to enjoy fully their time in the womb. I also began to change my belief to ‘regardless of presentation we will enjoy a safe, gentle birth’.

From a Law of Attraction perspective this is the truth. It does require letting go, trusting and handing over to the power of the universe.

Within a week or so I felt a big shift in my belly as the baby in the lower position rotated completely.

That felt great. I want every moment of our journey together to be full of possibility and joy rather than fear of what might happen.

I am still visualising a safe, gentle, magical birth but I am partnering with Spirit/the Universe and I know that as I relax fully and delight in my babies I am attracting that.
