Mourning Miscarriage

By Deirdre Morris

Miscarriage is different for everybody.

Some experience it as the death of a baby, others as the end of a pregnancy. And this can change over time.

I find myself being overcome with grief months and months later.

While my intellect went into survival mode, my body was feeling deeply the sadness of this death.

And now, in its own time….my body discloses the truth.

Thankfully, the wisdom of the body is more powerful than any efforts to contain it!

And when you notice, listen and allow…. your body takes you gently to exactly where you REALLY want to go.

What is your body showing you now?

In joy,

Deirdre Morris
