Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in Breastfeeding and Pregnancy
Posted by: | CommentsLast Tuesday, we had a special Blog Talk Radio show focusing on how to use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to release blocks to success in Breastfeeding.
Emotional Freedom Technique is an amazing tool with its origins in Chinese Medicine. Similar to Acupuncture but without the needles, Emotional Freedom Techniques helps you to release blocks (which include tension, anxiety etc.) in your body so that energy can flow freely again.
By tapping with your fingers on certain points on the body (linked to various meridians) you can release tension around issues that are coming up for you.
My colleague and Goal Setting Expert Joanne Roibu and myself are currently putting together an audio programme applying Emotional Freedom Technique to Pregnancy so that you can experience Joy in Pregnancy.
Joanne kindly agreed to join us as a guest on our Breastfeeding Radio Show to explain to us about Emotional Freedom Technique. Co-host Maire Clements, author of ‘The New Motherly Art of Conscious Breastfeeding’, shared with us how she has used EFT in her practice on babies with great results.
Joanne then guided me (and the listeners) through a sample session of Emotional Freedom Technique live on the show.

How To Feel More Positive Following Multiple Miscarriages?

It can be so hard to be positive when we have experienced miscarriage. This is understandable because it represents loss…a huge loss.
And when you have had more than one miscarriage, not alone have you lost babies …but you can begin to lose hope, confidence and a sense of yourself as whole, feminine and healthy.
It is always useful to allow yourself to feel whatever is coming up. These emotions are there anyway. But if you keep them under wraps, they just bubble away.
From the Law of Attraction perspective, this energy, …these vibrations are part of what you are sending out to the universe and attracting. And that is not what you want.
So you might like to get a sheet of paper and just allow yourself to put down all the feelings and thoughts that are coming up without any judgment.
This is a good start. And know that as you are doing that, you are creating room for what you want. After doing this, take a few moments to breath in love and understanding into your body.

Get Pregnant and Stay Pregnant – My New E-Book

As you have probably noticed, I have not made any posts since the turn of the month.
That is because I was close to completion of my new e-book ‘Get Pregnant and Stay Pregnant with the Law of Attraction’ and everything else took a back seat.
I am delighted to report that it is finished and will be available for sale in about a month.
The book shares a step-by-step process to bring you into alignment with success in pregnancy and aims to serve women who have experienced fertility challenges as well as women who want to consciously conceive and bring a new soul into the world with ease and confidence.
