How To Feel More Positive Following Multiple Miscarriages?

This question came in recently.

It can be so hard to be positive when we have experienced miscarriage. This is understandable because it represents loss…a huge loss.

And when you have had more that one miscarriage, not alone have you lost babies …but you can begin to lose hope, confidence and a sense of yourself as whole, feminine and healthy.

It is always useful to allow yourself to feel whatever is coming up. These emotions are there anyway. But if you keep them under wraps, they just bubble away.

From the Law of Attraction perspective, this energy …these vibrations are part of what you are sending out to the universe and attracting. And that is not what you want.

So you might like to get a sheet of paper and just allow yourself to put down all the feelings and thoughts that are coming up without any judgment.

This is a good start. And know that as you are doing that, you are creating room for what you want. After doing this, take a few moments to breath in love and understanding into your body.
