Our most recent Blog Talk Radio Show from the Breastfeeding Salon started out with a question about how one might use a night nurse most effectively to support breastfeeding.

This discussion highlighted the fact that the Conscious Breastfeeding System, as developed by Maire Clements, represents a new paradigm in the area of breastfeeding.

We were joined by two moms, one of whom was on the show a few weeks ago and returned to report how well the Conscious Breastfeeding Approach was working for her.

The second new mom was seeking help because she was experiencing much pain and just told to keep going when she asked for guidance locally.

Her story was a reminder that breastfeeding is a skill that mother and baby (and those supporting women after birth) need to learn and why the Conscious Breastfeeding System, which is based on the premise that breastfeeding should be pain free, is so successful.

It is good to be reminded that you never alone in your parenting regardless of what stage you are at (even before conception).

That is why we focus on parenting with Spirit (God/ Universe or whatever fits for you) in my coaching.

I received this lovely reminder from Renee in my email and thought you might like to see it!

‘This is God.

Today I will be handling All of your problems for you.

I do Not need your help.  So, have a nice day.  I love you.

P.S.  And, remember…  If life happens to deliver a situation to you that you cannot handle, do Not attempt to resolve it yourself!  Kindly put it in the SFGTD (something for God to do) box. I will get to it in MY TIME.  All situations will be resolved, but in My time, not yours.

Once the matter is placed into the box, do not hold onto it by worrying about it.  Instead, focus on all the wonderful things that are present in your life now.

Now, you have a nice day.
                           God

So what are you going to put in the box now? And what is the first thing that will go on your list?

Deirdre Morris

Breathlessness (or shallow breathing) when you are pregnant is very common.

Hormones expand capillaries in the respiratory tract and relax muscles in the lungs. In addition, as the months go by in your pregnancy, your expanding uterus pushes up against your diaphragm preventing your lungs from expanding fully.

Knowing this one might assume that breathlessness in pregnancy is par for the course.

However, regardless of what is happening in your abdomen, lungs or with your hormones….the truth is that your vibration (the message your are sending out to the universe) in each moment is what matters most. Read More→
