Our callers included a new mum who has been breastfeeding without any particular system and was seeking support to establish the Conscious Breastfeeding approach.
We were also joined by a mum who breastfed her baby using Conscious Breastfeeding a few years ago.
She shared how Conscious Breastfeeding worked for her and how it started her on the road of connecting with the wisdom of her body and ultimately training in body/energy work .
